Return Policy

To return or exchange an item within 60 days of order date, please follow these steps:

1. Repack the shaRINGS case in its original packaging.
2. Include the packing slip, and use the return address: shaRINGS LLC / 55 Public Square / Suite 1616 / Cleveland, OH 44113.
3. We recommend returning the shaRINGS case with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retaining your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning the shaRINGS case because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the style you ordered, please contact us for a prepaid postage number.
